In an appraisal order request to determine Fair Market Value in Continued Use, as well as Orderly Liquidation Value and Forced Liquidation Value, the supported conclusion should reflect the appraiser's study of all market influences and forces upon the value of the particular subject property assets that are being appraised. In the process, one or several of the accepted approaches may be utilized, however depending on their specific applicability to the appraisal order.
